Return/Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from musshoe.com, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Please note, that returns will only be accepted if the returned item(s) meet the "Return Condition" specified below.

Return Conditions

1. Items are sent back within the stated return.

2. Items returned or exchanged should be unworn, unused, unwashed(unless it’s a fading problem), in good shape, and with their original tags/package.

3. Buyers are responsible for the return shipping cost.

Step 2: If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. 

Please don’t return items to the address on the original package or the company address, WE WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY RETURNS WITHOUT CONTACTING US FIRST.

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate for you send new products or give you a refund.
